First Lady
Our Story
We Came Home. And Something Special Began.
When we returned to Nigeria from the United States with our family, we never imagined that akara would become part of our next chapter.
Inspired by the First Lady's message about akara as a path to financial freedom, we teamed up with local akara makers to reimagine a Nigerian favourite. The goal was simple: keep everything we love about akara, make it last longer, and let more people enjoy it anywhere, anytime.
That's how First Lady Iya Alakara Chips was born. And the love we've received has been incredible.
